One single contact, from mock-up to delivery
Pomodoro is not a wholesaler and does not sell from stock. Your pieces are made to order by our partner factory in Italy, and we follow every step for you: mock-up, launch, inspection, transport, after-sales service.
That changes two concrete things. The price: you pay for production and its follow-up, not for a chain of resellers. Responsiveness: when you ask for a change on a mock-up, the request goes to the factory the same day, through us.

Tableware porcelain, not earthenware
Every reference in the catalogue is hotel porcelain, fired at high temperature. It is the material of restaurant services: denser than earthenware, less porous, it takes the thermal shock of the pass and the cycles of a professional dishwasher.
Every piece is inspected before packing. Sorting happens at the factory, not when you arrive in the dining room.

Customisation is our speciality
Beyond the collections, we have series made with your establishment's design: under-glaze logo, visual identity adapted to the shape of the piece, opening or rebranding series.
Restaurants, bistros, hotels, bars, caterers, pastry chefs: the process is the same for all, and the number of colours in your logo changes neither the price nor the lead time.

You talk to the same person from the first quote to delivery. The mock-up, the choice of shapes, the quantity per reference, the schedule: everything is handled with one single contact.
The minimum run is the same for everyone: 120 pieces per reference and per design in porcelain, 50 pieces per size in stainless steel. A dinner plate and a soup plate with the same design count as two references.
