What we collect
The site has no customer account and no online payment. The only data we receive from you is what you enter in the quote form: your name, your establishment, your contact details and your logo file.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare your quote, produce the graphic mock-up of your piece and reply to you. Your files are used for nothing else: they are neither sold nor reused for another customer.
How long we keep it
A quote request that is not followed up is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted. If the order goes ahead, your file is kept for the duration of our business relationship, then for five years — the period during which a dispute over an order may still be brought. Invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by law. Your logo file is deleted together with the file it belongs to; you may request its deletion earlier, unless it is still needed for an order in progress or a reorder.
Who has access
The SAS POMODORO team; our partner factory in Italy, which receives the approved design solely to produce your pieces; our host Framer B.V. for the technical needs of displaying the site; and FormSubmit, the service that forwards quote requests from the form to our contact address — it receives the information you enter and your logo file, for the sole duration of that forwarding. No data is passed on for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information concerning you by writing to contact@pomodoro-france.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
