Delivery area
Mainland France. Other destinations on request, by email to contact@pomodoro-france.fr.
Lead time
3 to 5 weeks after approval of the mock-up and receipt of the deposit. Pieces are made to order, with your design: there is no stock ready to ship.
Shipping costs
Calculated according to the volume of the order and stated on your quote before any order. For the "Ischia dinner plate Ø 26 cm – 120 pieces" lot, shipping is included.
Carrier
Delivery on pallet or in parcels depending on volume, with tracking. The tracking number is sent to you when the goods leave.
On receipt
Check the parcels in the presence of the carrier and note any reservations on the delivery note. In the event of breakage, report it within 48 hours with photos: the full procedure is described on the Returns and claims page.
